Managing DirectorAdriaan is responsible for the general management and strategic planning of the company. He has a science background and holds a PhD in Wine Biotechnology.

Theron Niemand
Operational DirectorTheron is in charge of all operational activities, production and logistics. He is the company's engineer and has been at Thales WCS since its founding.

Cornea Cilliers
Technical DirectorCornea is in charge of all the products and quality control of the business. She is a qualified winemaker (ex Morgenster) and studied Cellar technology (Elsenburg) and BSc Biochemistry (Stellenbosch).
Financial
Anna-Mare Louw
Financial DirectorAnna-Mare is in charge of all financial operations of the business. She has been at the company for more than a decade and has been fundamental with the setup and management of all administrative systems.

Erina Cillie
Technical SalesErina is a consultant oenologist responsible for technical sales support and client liason She joined Thales late in 2010 following her winemaker duties at Mulderbosch and Kanu.
Reception
Cariesa Rossouw
ReceptionCariesa is our friendly receptionist handling most of the phone calls invoicing and administrative duties. She joined the Thales WCS team in 2008.
