We are in partnership with the Institute for Wine Biotechnology (IWBT) at Stellenbosch University and specialize in trace analysis of organohalogen compounds, or TCA taints.. The lab have been doing testing for the wine and cork industry since 2004.
RESEARCH
Solutions and R&D often reguires excellent scientific expertise and support. We approach the IWBT for their platform of world-class wine research. This is the case for both microbiological problems and chemical taint issues.
TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER
We proudly support the South African Society for Viticulture and Oenology that play a pivotal role in technology tranfer and communicating latest wine research to the industry.
